Who we are
This website, grow.bluetreedental.com, is run by Bluetree Dental Management Holdings, LLC (“Bluetree,” “we,” or “us”), 9785 Gateway Drive, Suite 2000, Reno, NV 89521. This policy covers this website. Our dental practices and our patient services have their own privacy notices, and patient health information is handled under those, not this policy.
What we collect
What you share with us
- Forms and booking: your name, email, phone, practice or role, and whatever you choose to tell us, including who referred you.
- Free tools: what you enter into the practice check, the contract check, or the “What matters most to you?” page. That can include practice financials or offer details you type in or upload.
- The monthly note: your email, and optionally your first name and whether you’re a practice owner or an associate.
- Job applications: when you apply for an opening, you apply through Rippling, our hiring system, and its privacy policy covers that application.
What’s collected automatically
- Analytics: pages you visit, how you got here (for example a search, a link, or a LinkedIn post), your general location, and your device and browser. We use Google Analytics for this.
- Heat maps and session recordings: where people click and scroll, through Microsoft Clarity. Recordings are set to hide what you type and the text on the page.
- Visitor identification: a tool from Leadsy and Instantly that may identify the business, and sometimes the professional contact information, associated with a visit, so we can follow up with practices that may be interested.
- Cookies and browser storage: small files and settings saved in your browser. For example, if a Bluetree doctor shares their digital card with you, we remember who referred you for 60 days, so you don’t have to tell us.
Digital business cards
Our doctors can share a digital business card. When you open one, we record that the card was opened and which buttons were tapped, with the name of the doctor who shared it, so they know their card is being used. We don’t collect your name or contact information when you open a card.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule calls, and send what you asked for, like a worksheet, a tool report, or the monthly note.
- To follow up about partnership or career opportunities you’ve shown interest in.
- To credit the Bluetree doctor who referred you.
- To understand which pages help people and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
The AI tools
Some features use artificial intelligence, including the free practice and contract checks, the “What matters most to you?” page, and summaries on our job pages. When you use them, what you enter is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to create your results. Anthropic processes it on our behalf, under terms that don’t allow it to use your information to train its models. Results are estimates to help you think things through. They aren’t financial, legal, or tax advice.

We share information only with services that help us run this site, and only what they need to do their job:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger. We don’t sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat analytics and visitor identification tools as a form of “sharing”; the next section explains how to opt out.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site doesn’t load the Clarity recordings or the visitor identification tool.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Emails: reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, and we’ll stop.
- Anything else: email grow@bluetreedental.com to opt out of sharing, or to ask us not to contact you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. To make a request, email grow@bluetreedental.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We’ll confirm it’s you, then respond within the time the law allows, usually 45 days. You can have someone you authorize make a request for you. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above, such as an ongoing conversation about a partnership or a role, and then delete it or keep it only in a form that doesn’t identify you. Analytics and heat map data is kept according to Google’s and Microsoft’s settings for our accounts.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No website can promise perfect security, so please don’t send us patient health information or account numbers through the site.
Children
This site is for dental professionals and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll make it clear on the site.
